discover tells me there is firmware update for my laptop. Every attempt ends
with nothing. Everything blinks and that's all. I checked logs and there is

- server replied: TOO MANY REQUESTS"

I can download this file outside plasma-discover, so it seems to be problem
with plasma-discover itself or fwupd.

I have 1.11.2 and there is 1.27.0 so it looks it is not working for a while
