I have
primary screen, full bottom panel not floating, regular
left secondary screen, floating autohiding panel, centered in the middle,
covers windows when shown.
thats it. It seems to be connected with "notification windows dont disappear
when closed" or "notification windows dont autodisappear"
I did a bug report on that:

and there is that one, sounding similar:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=434694
the timer doesnt work in all these times, there is no disappearing or
autohiding.
