That might be the ideal workflow though if this was to be implemented. The
"Create New Tag" dialog could have colour tags as one way to create a new tag.
Folders who get this tag could be switched to the fitting coloured folder icon.
Might be really neat!
Another way would be to have this as a standalone "official" service menu entry
that could be dis/enabled in Dolphin's settings, but then we wouldn't get the
advantage of tags, which is being usable from other applications.
