Needs to install kio-extras since that has most thumbnailers. There's also
kdegraphcs-thumbnailers (PDF) and ffmpegthumbs (videos).
ffmpegthumbnailer, not sure about documents.
IDEA: Make in COnfigure dolphine Previews possible to install from there, to

Maybe theres more, then could link to search with related tag
