That was traced to https://github.com/systemd/systemd/pull/18782 which was
merged, though.

The desktop file looks sane to me. It does have "X-GNOME-Autostart-enabled" in
it, but that's not quite the same as "X-GNOME-Autostart-Phase" which systemd is
known to have issues with (see
https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/18791).

Out of curiosity though, does it start working if you edit the file to remove
the "X-GNOME-Autostart-enabled=true" line?
