SUMMARY
At login skype does not start
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. ask for Skype to autostart at login
2. go to kde settings autostart
3. check that skype is well added in autostart
4. Restart the PC then login
OBSERVED RESULT
Skype does not start

Skype starts
