SUMMARY
Plasma doesn't respect powersave settings. I have all energy saving options
turned off, including the monitor - it is set to NEVER turn off. However,
sometimes it goes to sleep despite the setting in the power options.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Left the PC idle for a while.

OBSERVED RESULT
Sometimes the monitor goes to sleep.
EXPECTED RESULT
It should never go to sleep for the setting is set to never.
