Some times I use xpra to access the work machine. Sometimes I got a local crash. Sometimes I got a remote crash. Sometimes I have keyboard other I have mouse. Sometimes the keyboard input is borked like a modifier (like Ctrl or Alt) is pressed. The borked modifier is probably a remote thing only but I am not 100% sure.
