STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use Wayland session
2. open Dolphin
3. select and copy a file
4. quit Dolphin by pressing ctrl+q
5. try to paste the copied file to desktop by pressing ctrl+v
OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
the file is pasted to desktop
