Opening widgets (like menu, calendar, quick search) have delayed animation by
approximately 1s.
Window focus is lost immediately after click.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. enable compositing
2. click on program activator (menu)
Actual Results:
opening animation stats after ~1s delay
Expected Results:
animation should start immediately
Issue is present only when compositing is enabled
Bug present since i think plasma 5.5
Bug is present on 2 machines, one with intel skylake graphics (modesetting
driver), second machine radeon open source driver
