Since I think half of the year option "Reverse scroll direction" in mouse
settings don't do anything.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open systemsettings6
2. go to Input devices > mouse
3. enable/disable "Reverse scroll direction"
Actual Results:
Scroll always works in regular way
Expected Results:
scroll should work in reverse way when option is enabled
Touchpad reverse scroll options works as expected.
