Please note that 20.08.2 is about two years old and a lot has been
changed/fixed in the meantime. Please download the latest offical version from
https://kdenlive.org/download and try again.
I am not sure which Wiki you are talking about, but documentation is located at
https://docs.kdenlive.org
Remember to update the version of this report and set the status of this report
back to REPORTED if it still happens with the latest version or otherwise close
it as RESOLVED FIXED
