The 'boot up problem' (of supposedly systemd) ISN'T gone. Don't want to yadayadayada-repeat myself for the umpteenth time, just see my posts above, ALL are still happening here. (We ARE off the 'scrambling at resolution change', confirmed, solved.) This one IS more difficult, because here scrambling, non-working keyboard, disappearing Desktop background are not easily reproducible, they just occur at random, and not frequently. Again: This is an ONLY AT BOOT problem. Subsequently difficult to follow up.
