The reason is because even though the issue you're experiencing may be the same as the issue tracked here, it clearly has a different root cause. This bug report was about *one* root cause of the issue, and that one got fixed. But wou found another one. Yours will require a new investigation and a new fix. Hence, we should track it with a new bug report, so that the people CCd on this bug report for whom the issue is already fixed don't get spammed with a zillion new comments.
