ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I filed this bug before... https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=450911 but I
got a little further. My Surface Pro 3 is a pure tablet when you remove the
keyboard. If you click on the keyboard it is just like a laptop. Anyway, there
is a black border around the screen. This border is NOT touch sensitive. Except
for the "Home-button" witch is located on the right side vertically seen in the
middle of the black border space.
I just found out that touching the touch-sensitive part of the screen in the
neighborhood of this button makes tap-to-click crash immediately.
Perhaps there are more parts of the screen that have the same effect,
Perhaps there are other circumstances that have influence,
Perhaps other "convertables" suffer from the same issue.
Perhaps it is useful to look into this before the touch-screen things of plasma
5.25 are released.
