SUMMARY: Every time a new Konqueror instance is started, the page gives the
error message below.

ERROR MESSAGE:
"The requested operation could not be completed

I note that others have reported online with different error codes; I believe
mine has changed over time.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Changing Settings: Configure Konqueror : When Konqueror starts options : all
result in errors.
Neither the Start Page nor the Home page seems to be working.
However after this, konqueror seems to behave normally.
Changing "default web browser engine" from "WebEngine" to "KHTML" gives a
different error:

Description:
The io-slave which provides access to the error protocol could not be started.
This is usually due to technical reasons.
