SUMMARY
After adding a pattern in a brush (ink 3 g-pen in my case), changing to the
brush became too slow.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE (might)
1. add a pattern to a pen
2. tweaked brush setting (I checked rotation etc)
3. overwrote brush
OBSERVED RESULT
Too slow only to open the ten brushes' dialog of the pen when clicking 'Edit
brush setting' in the tool bar or typing Ctrl+Alt+3 (in my case).
