SUMMARY
When I try to pass in through command line with a pathname + filename greater
than 260, okular cannot read. It pop out an Error- Okular with a
message "Could not open file ....."
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a directory then is 20char long.
2. Create a pdf filename of 230char long
3. run from cmd line. cd C:\Program Files\Okular\bin
4. okular.exe "c:\n1234567890123456789\0023 12121212 121212 ...pdf"
OBSERVED RESULT
Okular pop out an Error- Okular with a
message "Could not open file ....."
EXPECTED RESULT
Should open with error
