This is not a bug in kdesrc-build but rather some deficiency in the
documentation (missing entries from the required packages list?) or a mistake
on your part (instructions not followed completely; steps accidentally omitted,
etc).
Not a topic for the bug tracker, I'm afraid. :)
However we would be happy to help you get kdesrc-build working for you. I know
that it can be rather fiddly and complicated. Hop over to the #kde-devel
chatroom on Matrix or irc.libera.chat and we'll help get that sorted out for
you.
