Just try to build anything in the examples like Dolphin results in errors
"unable to configure "?" with CMAKE and KDE
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. mkdir -p ~/kde/src & cd ~/kde/src/
2. git clone https://invent.kde.org/sdk/kdesrc-build.git && cd kdesrc-build
3. ./kdesrc-build --initial-setup
4 source ~/.bashrc
5 sudo setcap CAP_NET_RAW=+ep
~/kde/usr/lib/libexec/ksysguard/ksgrd_network_helper <produces bug as libexec
not found>
6 kdesrc-build dolphin
OBSERVED RESULT
Many packages that try to build all have the same errors:
