https://store.kde.org/p/1002614/ is not a Plasma theme, it's a Window
decoration theme. However I found a Plasma theme of the same name:

I tried it on Plasma 5.22 and the theme appears to be working fine to me eye.
So this far, I cannot reproduce the issue. Can you provide some examples of
other themes that are broken for you, and also attach screenshots showing the
broken appearance?
