It's not clear from your report which operating system you're using but with
the 4.4.3 version installed on Windows 10, I can't induce a crash by following
the Steps To Reproduce.
Is there a kritacrash.log file in your ...\AppData\Local folder?
If so, please copy-paste its contents here in a comment. Just the final record
will be enough if it's been recording multiple crashes.
If you do Help -> Show krita log for bug reports, is there any record of the
crash? If so, please copy-paste it in a comment.
