As you can see there is no File, Edit, etc Menu to open new file or save
things. Although the shortcut keys work but menu is more prefarable to me
SUMMARY
The appimage in Linux Mint doesn't show the Menu bar where menus like File,
Edit, Render are there. I have attached the screenshot of how it looks. Please
fix this issue as soon as possible.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Linux Mint 20.1 5.4.0-73-generic
Cinnamon version: 4.8.6
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have also tried to open previous version of Kdenlive with the same issue.
