ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
My Kate version on Ubuntu 20.10 was 20.12.3 and it worked like a charm with all
icons.
When I upgraded my Ubuntu to 21.04, I uninstalled the previous version of Kate
and installed it from Ubuntu Snap which is the latest version (21.04), then I
don't see any icons on Kate, even though I installed Dolphin file browser from
Ubuntu Snap and it has all icons.
Note: The Qt version which I mentioned is from the "About page" of Kate, but I
can see from Ubuntu software center that "Qt 5.13.0 full runtime stack content
snap" is installed which I didn't install directly.
