Note: I also reinstalled Kate, but it's the same.
I installed and reinstall (even deleted all Kate's directories and leftovers
manually) it via GUI (Ubuntu Software Center), I didn't use the command line.
Prior to this which worked correctly with all icons was Kate 20.3 On Ubuntu
20.10.
I'm satisfied with the new version and even without icons, I don't want to
return to the old version.
