Having "Apply effects to inactive windows" unchecked for the color scheme
Breeze Light seems to do nothing. Why? Being able to disable color effects to
inactive windows would at least provide a workaround for this bug, plus some
people (such as myself) prefer no color effects to be applied to inactive
windows.
