SUMMARY
IntelliJ-based IDEs windows are not restored on reboot, when 'Restore previous
session' is enabled in system settings
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable in settings: 'Startup and shutdown' -> 'Desktop session' -> 'Restore
previous session'
2. Open any IntelliJ-based IDE - for example IntelliJ IDEA, Android Studio,
Webstorm, etc.
3. Reboot the computer (or re-login)
OBSERVED RESULT
IDE windows are restored along with the others, like it happens with VS Code
EXPECTED RESULT
System doesn't seem to try restoring IDE windows
