SUMMARY
I can no longer make an appointment at a set time
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create an appointment at any time with any duration short of a day
2. Save the appointment
OBSERVED RESULT
The start and end time are both set to 12:00 AM for the same (correct) day. The
calendar shows a column running the length of the day.
EXPECTED RESULT
As it has always been in the past - a block with a clearly defined start and
end time
