SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Grid and Guides Docker
2. Check "Show Grid"
3. Check "Snap to Grid"
4. Draw a line on the canvas
5. Use Move Tool to the line around the grid lines
OBSERVED RESULT
No snapping happens
EXPECTED RESULT
Snapping happens
