Hi,
issue solved.
solution:
Klipper application was running on my vncserver.
i.e there will be scissor symbol in the down-right corner..
need to quit that application.
after this, issue get solved, you can resolved this ticket there will not be
any more issue for copy and paste in konsole hereafter by me.
