Hi,
Actually issue is with vnc-server, that only block copy and paste option
from windows to vnc-server, konsole terminal were working fine.
how i have found the issue:
initially when any user account created to particular server(linux pc),
xstartup file present in ~/.vnc path will have one default command
that kill this kind copy and paste options from outside to vnc-server. I have
removed that command now it is working properly.
problem not with konsole you can reject this ticket.
