Erm, you can reenable these by going to settings->dockers and selecting
'brushes' or 'layers', or by rightclicking a docker title and selecting
'brushes' or 'layers' there.
This is not a bug. Also, next time you make a report, we need system
information such as the operating system and which version of Krita you're
using. If we do not get this information, we will also close the bug.
