SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press the x button at the top left of the layers or brushes tool section and
they dissapear and are unable to come back
2. This makes u unable to erase, change brushes, add layers, swap layer and the
like

OBSERVED RESULT
the platform is practically unuseable due to this

u can barely do anything
