If you open the file (the png file that you saved) in Krita, do you see transparency checkers or black? (Also remember: it's always good to save as .kra as well, it will save your layers and everything else as it is in Krita). Also btw: in general, it's easier to use krita-artists.org forum first to get help - it's more user-friendly and user-oriented than this website.
