Thank you for getting back to me. When I open the file I see black. No.
checkers . or white if I am able to change the color but it requires a color
for transparency saving. I tried PNG an JPG

A lot of image viewers don't really show transparency and just fill it with
white or black instead. If you open the file (the png file that you saved) in
Krita, do you see transparency checkers or black?
(Also remember: it's always good to save as .kra as well, it will save your
layers and everything else as it is in Krita).
Also btw: in general, it's easier to use krita-artists.org forum first to get
help - it's more user-friendly and user-oriented than this website. This
website is more like for development.
