I seem to be experiencing this as well
I use a Yiynova 22 inch ,and it happens on Windows 8 on a laptop,with every 3.0
version I tried. 2.9 doesn't have this issue.
My Yiynova works perfectly on windows 7,with stable AND 3.0 variants.
