I'm using a yiynova mvp22 v3 and I'm affected by this same bug as well.
On an interesting side note, I noticed that if I start krita as admin, the end
and start points of my lines are no longer being connected as in this bug,
however then I have no pressure sensitivity... As the original poster,
everything works fine in 2.9. Also, using windows 10, so it isn't just windows
8 that is being affected with this.
