Ok, I've made a screen recording with the version you've linked above.

https://youtu.be/R9eXihWZr0A

Here's the videos description (it's also in the description on youtube).

At the bottom of the screen shortcuts can be seen.

Choppy zoom is not a bad recording, the zoom icon is a good description of how
smooth the video recording is.

Anytime the cursor stops for a while when the zoom stops I release the pen (the
zoom icon stays until it unfreezes itself after a while).

Instant preview mode was turned off for the whole time.

Shows both drivers options for windows (win tab and win ink).

Notice how fps completely freeze or significantly drop sometimes freeze at 0
sometimes at 100+ fps.

To show the difference you can see three options of zoom:
1. ctrl + num+/ ctrl + num- (zooming in steps without using pen works just
fine): 00:08, 02:35
2. ctrl + space with pen: 00:16, 02:45
3. ctrl + space with mouse (here the shortcut can't be seen on screen but it's
the only time when the zoom is smooth in the recording): 01:13, 03:40

I'll add the bug report logs in a moment.
