STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start Wayland session
2. try to disable compositing by pressing alt+shift+f12 (or another shortcut
set in system settings > global shortcuts > kwin
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens, compositing is still enabled
EXPECTED RESULT
compositing should be disabled when we press the proper shortcut
