I thought it would be similar to my issue, but it start looking different, Just to rule out things, make a fresh build of krita and remove the settings files (back them up if necessary), also I don't know if you did, run the "# mkinitcpio -p linux" to put back in order the modules that may have been deactivated while installing wizardpen.
