I find the holding down to fast forward method a little clumsy and inaccurate.
However, both options would be welcome.

I actually don't use the keyboard's media playback keys. I've mapped Meta +
Space as my Play/Pause shortcut via Global Shortcuts. I would like the Seek
Forward/Backward shortcuts to be configurable via Global Shortcuts, and
separate from Next and Previous Shortcuts.
