I have a vertical panel on the left side of monitor 1 of 2. I have it set to
autohide.
If I move the cursor to the panel, it becomes visible as expected.
If I move the cursor a bit to the right, without leaving the panel, and then
"push" towards the edge of the screen, it glitches (fades in and out quickly).
