One of the icon has black background - is it using legacy tray icons? To check
that, kill xembedsniproxy, if icon disappears then it is a legacy icon.
Do you have compositor enabled? If you are unsure, check System Settings ->
Display and Monitor -> Compositor
Is it possible that this is application specific? Does it happen always or only
when some specific application is running? What applications are you running
when problem happens?
