SUMMARY
When applying the clip job of speed change, and selecting 25%, the resultant
clip displays as only white. When applying the effect of speed change at 25% or
10%, the clips plays at the proper speed in the preview window, but when
rendering it also produces a white clip with no sound.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use 100fps video from GoPro Hero 7.
2. Try to slow it down
3. Render
OBSERVED RESULT
Video renders to white screen
EXPECTED RESULT
Slowed down video.
