Do you mean "the first time the switcher is displayed after kwin process started"? If this is what you mean then it seems yes, the first time I open the switcher, it is typically displayed. The following times, it is typically NOT displayed, unless I force a refresh somehow by moving the mouse pointer. If I move the pointer, the proper screen is displayed on the screen immediately, including the switcher. Do you have a working patch to Qt to fix this issue properly?
