This behaviour can't be seen there. Not only this, but it looks that the badges length and font size is very different. On my Machine using the NVidia proprietary drivers, the badges are way wider and the font is way bigger (as it can probably be observed from the video). The interesting part is that the scaling in both machines are set to 1 (don't magnify)...
