SUMMARY
Circle Notification will display the selected number if the Sound badge is
already displayed.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an application that already plays sound (like chromium).
2. Add a notification to that application
OBSERVED RESULT
The notification number is being displayed inside the circle notification.
EXPECTED RESULT
Only the circle notification should appear.
