Could you make a test with a shorter Video? On the render window click on “more
option” an make sure that on the fly-out right side no option are clicked. Make
number of Threads number of your CPU-Cores -1.
Are these settings your project settings:
Width : 854 pixels
Height : 480 pixels
Display aspect ratio : 16:9
Frame rate : 29.970 fps
