konsole error show to me "non-English input error"

OBSERVED RESULT
I have noticed that the keyboard input is abnormal during the terminal input
process when using non - English. In particular, the backspace direction key,
the function keys such as the simple numeric keys F1 to f12 at the right end
show abnormal symptoms.
