I guess the animation should perform only on the application of the window
(added or removed).
I get two animations when I create first window of application A performed on
application B & C.
Because B and C have more than one window opened.
I also get one animation when I close the last window of application A
performed on application B & C.
Also I tested to add and remove a window on B, but I didn't get any animation.
