the proper Latte behavior is to jump when a new window is added in grouped task
and ghosty animation when a window is removed from a grouped task. This is also
provided from upcoming latte-dock 0.8.4, if you want to disable that animations
there is no such way in Latte 0.8.x you should open a feature request for next
Latte version 0.9.x
